Facing foreclosure?

February 21, 2009

Well, ACORN suggests you just refuse to leave your house…and if you’re forced to leave…move back in!

Really nice…

I guess no one ever told ACORN that no one is entitled to home ownership…it’s a privilege for those who can afford it.

It’s sick what people think is owed to them.

And at the same time, they’re so willing to give up what they’re actually entitled too…like freedom…their money…the chance to live their life as they choose.

People who willingly give up those things to stand around waiting for what crumbs the government will give them are just sad individuals. Where is their pride?

This is the kind of call that cops really don’t enjoy. The bank says that they forelosed and show the paperwork…then here is the former renter sitting there. All the cop can do is move them out onto the street. A week later…the bank calls and repeat. The bank can’t readily show the house to someone because this ‘squatter’ is anticipated to be sitting there. The local DA won’t like the idea of prosecuting the squatter. So for the bank….there is no answer unless they are aggressive and simply find a renter to quickly move in….and probably taking twenty percent less than the required mortgage. When you gaze across areas like Phoenix….with thousands of empty houses possible…then this whole mess becomes silly. Acorn is helping anyone…they are simply taking advantage of the situation for their agenda.
